CESDevelopment Care Plans

Turn insight into steady improvement.

A Care Plan turns your business baseline into a living roadmap—helping you choose the right priorities, complete practical improvements and keep systems, processes and people moving together.

More than software support

Better systems should make the whole business work better.

Care Plans are designed around business outcomes. Odoo may be part of the solution, but the work can also involve process, data, reporting, documentation, training, vendor coordination and operating discipline.

One prioritized roadmap

Bring findings, opportunities, dependencies and responsibilities into one controlled improvement queue.

Steady forward motion

Replace fragmented one-off fixes with a repeatable cadence for decisions, delivery and outcome review.

Clear scope boundaries

Know what belongs in recurring improvement capacity and when major work needs its own project.

Diagnostic-led by design

Every plan begins with evidence.

After activation, every recurring Care Plan includes a Complete Business Baseline Report, a versioned finding register and a prioritized roadmap. Your first review is a focused decision session—not discovery from scratch.

1
Validate what matters Confirm serious findings, correct assumptions and surface missing private-system evidence.
2
Choose the first priorities Balance urgent risk, missed profit, operational friction and the dependencies between them.
3
Agree the first work cycle Set owners, approvals, responsibilities and the first achievable sequence of work.

Included with active recurring plans

A controlled improvement system—not unlimited support.

Each plan reserves defined improvement capacity and provides a bounded service catalogue, agreed cadence and transparent capacity statement.

Complete baseline report Delivered after identity, scope, agreement, payment, risk, data and capacity gates pass.
Living roadmap Versioned findings, priorities, dependencies, decisions and next actions.
Defined capacity Estimates before material consumption and no automatic overage.
Regular review A planned operating cadence matched to the selected relationship.
Important: acknowledgement targets are not guaranteed resolution times. Final capacity, coverage, response targets, purchasing terms and pricing are confirmed during qualification and documented in the accepted plan.

Choose by operating need

Three ways to keep improving.

The right plan depends on who will do the work, how quickly priorities change and how much coordination the organization needs.

Direction and accountability

Guided Improvement

For an owner-led organization with capable people who can implement changes with experienced guidance and review.

Keep the roadmap current, make better decisions and review customer-led execution.
  • Regular roadmap and priority review
  • Finding clarification and evidence review
  • Process recommendations and light templates
  • KPI definition and report interpretation
  • Configuration advice and change review
  • Leader coaching and decision notes

Standing improvement leadership

Operating Partner

For a more complex organization that needs one partner to govern an improvement portfolio across functions, systems and vendors.

Run a standing improvement office that turns priorities into coordinated, accountable action.
  • Portfolio, dependency and risk governance
  • Cross-functional process and operating design
  • Executive dashboards and decision packages
  • Release planning and vendor coordination
  • Enablement, ownership and adoption review
  • Frequent operating and executive review cadence
Commercial terms are still being finalized. Plan pricing, capacity allowances, response targets and coverage are working design elements and will be shown only after delivery evidence and operating capacity support them.

Major change follows a different path

Custom Transformation

A transformation is not an oversized support request or an unlimited fourth plan. It is a separately scoped project with discovery, milestones, acceptance criteria and change control.

When recurring capacity is not the right tool

Care Plan capacity may support approved discovery and scoping. The build, cutover and acceptance of major change are governed by a separate statement of work.

  • Net-new ERP implementation or major module rollout
  • Migration, major-version upgrade or large data conversion
  • Custom application or material integration architecture
  • Work spanning several functions, vendors or milestones
  • Changes requiring formal cutover, rollback or sensitive-data redesign

Representative service catalogue

Improvement can happen across the business.

Work is included only when the entity, systems, users, data class and desired outcome are inside the accepted scope and the item fits the selected plan’s limits.

Audit and roadmap

Finding validation, prioritization, dependencies, evidence and decision support.

Business process

Workflow review, process maps, SOPs, acceptance criteria and accountable ownership.

Odoo and systems

Advice, bounded configuration, reports, forms, workflows and controlled automations.

Reporting and data

KPI design, dashboards, report interpretation, data-quality rules and cleanup planning.

Training and adoption

Leader coaching, role-based sessions, job aids and change communications.

Documentation

Decision records, SOPs, configuration notes, test records and operating playbooks.

Vendor coordination

Quote review, requirements translation and bounded coordination across providers.

Continuous improvement

Queue management, outcome review, roadmap resets and next-best recommendations.

Purchasing paths

Choose commitment or flexibility.

Both paths preserve the value of the complete report while giving customers a clear choice. Final terms remain subject to commercial and legal approval.

Recommended for best value

Annual Care Plan

The complete baseline report is included after activation and supported by an initial commitment that allows the roadmap and relationship to develop over time.

Greater flexibility

Flexible Care Plan

The report and activation are purchased separately, followed by a shorter initial plan commitment and a flexible recurring relationship.

Scope you can understand

What a Care Plan is—and is not.

Boundaries protect delivery quality, customer expectations and the capacity reserved for every active plan.

Designed to provide

  • Evidence-led prioritization and decision support
  • Defined recurring improvement capacity
  • Bounded services matched to the selected plan
  • Transparent estimates, consumption and next actions
  • Escalation into a properly scoped project when needed

Not automatically included

  • Unlimited customization, support or staff augmentation
  • 24/7 monitoring, emergency service, hosting or backups
  • Licences, subscriptions, hardware, travel or third-party fees
  • Legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or regulated opinions
  • Guaranteed savings, uptime, resolution dates or business results

How activation works

The first professional hour starts prepared.

Automation handles qualification, known-data collection and project setup so the first human review can focus on judgment, priorities and decisions.

Establish the baseline

Complete the diagnostic path and identify the organization, scope and evidence available.

Confirm fit and terms

Verify the plan, exclusions, decision authority, capacity and required agreements.

Prepare the decision pack

Assemble findings, contradictions, opportunities, proposed priorities and responsibilities.

Begin the roadmap

Validate priorities, approve the first work cycle and establish the operating cadence.

Successful partnerships need both sides

Is a Care Plan the right fit?

A strong fit

  • An engaged owner or decision-maker can set priorities and approve work.
  • The organization has operational complexity, growth friction or disconnected systems.
  • Leaders are willing to provide accurate information, access and timely decisions.
  • The goal is lasting improvement rather than a collection of isolated fixes.
  • The organization accepts defined capacity, scope and change control.

Customer responsibilities

  • Name one accountable decision-maker and authorized approvers.
  • Provide lawful access, test users, data and vendor cooperation when required.
  • Maintain licences, backups, security controls and supported environments.
  • Review estimates, decisions and acceptance requests on time.
  • Use the approved intake channel and explain business impact clearly.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you commit.

Do we need to use Odoo?

No. The Care Plan begins with the business problem. Odoo may be recommended when it is the right implementation platform, but the roadmap can also address other systems, processes, data, documentation and operating controls.

Is this unlimited technical support?

No. Each plan reserves defined improvement capacity and has a bounded service catalogue. Work is estimated, prioritized and tracked. There is no automatic overage or unlimited entitlement.

Does a Care Plan include our complete report?

Annual plans are designed to include the Complete Business Baseline Report after activation. Flexible plans are designed to purchase the report and activation separately. Final terms are confirmed before purchase.

What happens when work is too large for the plan?

Approved discovery or scoping may use plan capacity. A major implementation, migration, integration or other transformation is quoted and governed separately with milestones, acceptance criteria and change control.

Are response targets resolution guarantees?

No. Acknowledgement targets measure receipt and triage during the applicable coverage window. Resolution depends on scope, access, risk, dependencies, approvals and available capacity.

Can we buy only the report?

Yes. The standalone Complete Business Baseline Report is intended to remain a genuine option for organizations that want a prioritized roadmap and plan to implement it themselves.
